Welcome to Whispo, a mobile companion platform that allows users to create digital versions of themselves through required questionnaires, optional personal chat uploads, and ongoing interaction with the app, so that the more a user engages, the more accurate, natural, and authentic their digital self becomes over time.
By accessing or using Whispo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Introduction
Whispo is an AI-powered companion mobile application designed to preserve and reflect an individual’s unique communication style and personality through artificial intelligence.
These Terms govern your use of Whispo and all related services, features, and content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Whispo. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
By using Whispo, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to impersonate others, misuse identities, or provide misleading information.
4. Use of the App
Whispo allows users to:
- Create a digital version of themselves
- Interact with digital versions of others who have consented to participate
- Provide personal text style data through questionnaires and optional chat uploads
You agree to use the platform respectfully and not for harmful, illegal, or abusive purposes.
5. Content & AI Interactions
Users understand that AI responses are generated algorithmically and may not always reflect the exact beliefs or intentions of the real person.
Whispo aims to create emotionally authentic and personalized experiences, but it does not guarantee complete accuracy or realism.
Digital versions are simulations and not the real individual. They should not be treated as exact representations of real thoughts, intentions, or consent.
6. User Data & Consent
By using Whispo, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of your submitted data for the purpose of generating AI responses and improving the platform.
You retain ownership of your content but grant Whispo a limited license to use it solely to operate and enhance the service.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Exploit or manipulate AI representations
- Violate another user's rights or privacy
- Use Whispo for harassment, defamation, or deception
- Reverse-engineer the platform or its systems
8. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
Whispo has zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive behavior. You agree not to submit, generate, or engage with content that:
- Harasses, threatens, or bullies others
- Includes hate speech or discrimination against protected groups
- Involves sexual content with minors
- Promotes self-harm, violence, or illegal activities
- Impersonates or misuses another person’s identity
- Violates another user’s privacy or data rights
Users can report inappropriate behavior or content through the app at any time. We investigate all reports and respond within 24 hours by removing the content and suspending or permanently banning accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may also block others inside the app and immediately delete unwanted conversations from their chat list.
Whispo reserves the right to moderate or remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, and proprietary technology associated with Whispo belongs to Whispo, operated by Sabas Rojas, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Whispo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for emotional distress, misunderstandings, or misinterpretations arising from AI-generated content. Whispo is not a substitute for professional mental health support, therapy, or real-world relationships.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Whispo indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
